Azeroth Survivors Guide

Open wow.aethus.pl for the original Azeroth Survivors, a free Warcraft-themed survivors game that requires WebGPU. Public update trackers report v0.140.0 on 4 November 2026. The class and zone tables below are explicitly a historical v0.90.0 guide snapshot, rather than a complete list for the latest release.

Play, cache, and the Windows build

The project page is the play button. There is no store install for the browser version. The older v0.90.0 community guide reported roughly 140 MB of browser data and a Windows archive near 600 MB. Those are historical observations from one guide, not current requirements. The original project links a Windows archive; use that link for the current build. Current transfer size is left unspecified here. I call the browser path a cache on purpose, because people searching azeroth survivors download expect an installer and then think the site is broken.

The client is a from-scratch engine for 1.12.1 assets, described as Rust and Bevy compiled for the web, standing on the open benilla project. It is not the Battle.net client with a web skin. Runs stay on your machine once the data has loaded.

Classes, zones, and what the numbers mean

The old guide lists nine classes, nine zones and eight races for v0.90.0; its two URLs count as one guide source. Newer v0.140.0 reports include Scholomance, so nine zones is not the current total. Eight races are mentioned, with class restrictions, but the guides do not print all eight names, so this page does not invent them. Movement abilities come online at level 5 and sit on the F key in the guide's control list. Health and opening spells in the table are that build's figures. Use these rows to understand the older snapshot; for current balance, follow the dated update sources below.

The zone order in the guide is Elwynn Forest, Duskwood, Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, Feralas, Gurubashi Arena, Alterac Valley, Blackrock Mountain, then the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj. Each zone opens when you kill the previous finale. Elwynn's clock names Hogger, Mother Fang, Rhahk'Zor, Mr. Smite, and Edwin VanCleef. I keep the slug spelling in the data file even where a zone name looks off, and I show the name field in the table.

WebGPU and the host message

The game refuses to start without WebGPU. Chrome and Edge from version 113, and Safari 26, are the browsers the compatibility tables mark as supported. Firefox through the version checked still hides WebGPU behind a preference. A laptop with two GPUs may need Windows set to the high-performance chip before the page draws. A black screen belongs on the troubleshooting guide, not a second copy of the steps here.

The original project displays a too-many-players message and links its Windows download. A daily host quota is the explanation proposed by the community guide and a 2026-10-30 write-up; the public project message itself does not state a quota figure. Waiting, or using the Windows build, is the documented way through it. It is not a sign that your class choice was wrong.
